How information submitted through this website is used.
What we collect
We collect the name, contact details, message, optional vehicle details, and contact permission you submit. We store a reference number, timestamps, staff follow-up notes, and inquiry status.
Why we use it
The shop uses this information to review your inquiry and follow up. It does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize repairs. Approved staff can see it in a private inbox hosted on Cloudflare. Staff email alerts contain the reference and inbox link, not your inquiry details.
Retention
Closed inquiries and items marked spam are deleted from the active inquiry database 180 days after closure. Unresolved inquiries remain until staff handles them. Provider backups may expire on a separate schedule. Follow-up emails or phone records are managed separately by the shop.
Abuse prevention and measurement
The submission system uses short-lived keyed hashes of IP addresses and contact details to limit repeated requests. Our site records aggregate counts of form starts, accepted inquiries, contact-link clicks, and alert failures without customer details or tracking cookies. Cloudflare processes network requests to host and protect the site.
Contact and deletion requests
Use the inquiry form to ask about your information or request deletion. Staff will verify the request before acting. Do not include sensitive records in the form.
